Contact service in nokia BB5 approximately 75% caused by software problems

my experience to fix Contact Service in nokia BB5 only by using tuning facility using RF / BB Tune ..

Conditions improved RF / BB Tune will be 100% successful, if:
1. Imei cleanly legible

First thing first make sure that his cause of contact services.
use fbus cable and EEPROM TOOL to check.
Sevice contact is usually caused by serial COBBA, COBBA
parallel, ccont interface, ppm validity, dsp alive, eeprom interface,
eeprom tune checksum, backup battery, and other FAILURE.

Here is the solution for contact service caused by
interface and eeprom eeprom tune checksum files, which usually occurs
at 9210i.

Use the United Nations, set PKD1RD ato PKD1 box, open the menu wintesla and then flash phone dealer
check the "erase only" and press flash.
flash process will run very short because only delete eeprom wintesla zone only. if the long-running process that
regular flashing (MCU and ppm), so do not forget to check the erase
only in the flashing.

after flashing completed phone service will continue to contact us
do full factory settings so then insert sim phone card.
but imei ?????????????? 4 so. was normal because we have removed
eeepromnya.
next live rebuild imei.

flash chip store phone software in it. and RAM is extra built in memory which give space to phone and flash chip to extract phone software and operating in his memory when phone is open/running. 99% china phone flash chip and RAM include in one chip. so though your flash area or ram area is damage in flash chip, you must need to change total chip. useing many type of companies chip with under various model name, as like Samsung, Toshiba, Intel, ST etc
